Recycling
Swap Shed

Shed contains items which may be of use to others such as furniture, books, toys, etc.  Feel free to take any items you need (no charge).  Please do not deposit broken items as these are never taken.  All electrical items needing repair (TVs, VCR, stereos,...) go straight into bulk waste.  Check with an attendant if you are unsure.
Newspaper/Magazine Shed
Must be flattened and bundled or bagged.

  • NO paper towels, tissues, napkins, paper clips, staples, wax coated cardboard
Corrugated Cardboard

  • NO PIZZA boxes (put in household waste)
Recyclables
Must be cleaned!
  • PLASTICS - 1 & 2 symbols only
  • GLASS - bottles and jars (NO window glass, drinking glasses, crystal, light bulbs)
  • CANS - metal food containers (non-deposit)
  • CARTONS - juice, milk, beverage cartons

open 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month 
mid-April to mid-November
