- voter registration
- military discharges
- election/referendum prodecdures
- passport applications
- land records
- maps
Donna Hardie and Maureen Gantick are certified by the United States Department of State as passport acceptance agents.

Birth - Short Form: $5.00 (no increase)
Birth - Long Form: $10.00 (from $5.00)
Marriage - $10.00 (from $5.00)
Civil Union - $10.00 (from $5.00)
Death - $10.00 (from $5.00)
Certified Copies: CGS Sec. 7-34a
$2.00 (from $1.00)
Sport Licenses: CGS 26-29, 26-29a, 26-19b
Licenses issued to any blind, mentally disabled or physically disabled person shall be a lifetime license.
