TOWN OF WILLINGTON
MINUTES
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
March 15, 2006
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Michael Eldredge.
First Selectman read the call of the meeting and asked for nominations for a
moderator Wilbur Gangaway made a motion to appoint Michael Eldredge
as moderator and was seconded by Cindy Wilson.
Motion carried.
Item I
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the appropriation of $340,800.00 from the Capitol Reserve Fund for design and construction of the Senior Housing Water System.
Item II
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the appropriation of $210,250.00
from the Capitol Reserve Fund to construct the drainage system for the Senior Housing Phase II.
Moderator read Item I
A motion was made by Wilbur Gangaway and seconded by Cindy Wilson to approve Item I.
Discussion followed.
Motion Carried.
Moderator read Item II
A motion was made by Claudia D’Agata and seconded by Cindy Wilson to approve Item II.
Discussion followed.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Bob Campbell and seconded by Cindy Wilson to adjourn the meeting at 7:12 p.m.
