TOWN OF WILLINGTON
MINUTES
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
January 3, 2002
The meeting was called to order at 7:00P.M. by John Patton,First Selectman.
John read the call of the meeting and asked for nominations for a moderator.
Jack Lewis made a motion to nominate John Patton as moderator of the meeting and was seconded by Mike Eledredge. There was a motion made and seconded to close nominations. Motion carried. The motion for moderator carried. .

Item 1
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Selectmen, will accept Birch Meadow Lane as a Town road.
A motion was made by Mike Eldredge and seconded by Shirley Lewis to approve Item 1.
Discussion followed
The Town Engineer and Planning and Zoning has approved and accepted the road.
Motion carried. .
A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at 7:04 P.M.
