Absent: D. Tharp (On Active Duty)
Also Present: D. Harding, C. Berglund
II. Motion #1
C. Mailhos moved to approve purchase of Power School Student Management Software and Training.
H. Arico 2nd
Unanimous Motion Carried
D. Harding left meeting at 3:23 p.m.
III. A leave request was discussed.
IV. Motion #2
C. Psathas moved to adjourn at 4:00 p.m.
