I. Call to order
L. Semprebon called the special meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.
Present: H. Arico, T. Gareau, C. Mailhos, M. Makuch, C. Psathas, and
L. Semprebon.
Absent: D. Tharp (on active duty)
Also Present:C. Berglund, D. Harding, C. McNamara, D. Sullivan, and D. Latincsics
II. Discussed the 2007-2008 budget.
III. Motion #2: H. Arico moved to: table the discussion on payments for the
superintendent’s sick leave benefit to the January 23 Special Meeting.

Unanimous Motion carried
H. Arico left meeting at 5:54 p.m.
At 5:55 p.m., Recreation Commission Chair M. Harnad, Recreation Director J. Sahi, and coaches M. Pinatti, G. Suchy and placeE. Taiman joined the meeting.
IV. Discussed gymnasium use with the Recreation Commission.
V. Adjournment
