Minutes
I. Call to order
L. Semprebon called the special meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
Present: T. Gareau, C. Mailhos, M. Makuch, C. Psathas, and
L. Semprebon.
Absent: H. Arico and D. Tharp (on active duty)
Also Present: D. Harding, C. McNamara, and teachers PersonNamePhil Stevens and Davetta Thacher
II. Motion #1: C. Psathas moved to: appoint David C. Harding as superintendent of
M. Makuch schools for the Willington school district effective
July 1, 2007, pending contract negotiations.
Unanimous Motion carried
Motion #2: M. Makuch moved to: authorize the Willington Board of Education
T. Gareau 2nd chairperson to begin contract negotiations.
Unanimous Motion carried
III. Adjournment
Motion #3: C. Mailhos moved to: adjourn at 7:07 p.m.
