Attention Boards and Commissions
1.Make sure you file with the Town Clerk’s Office by December 31st your Regular Scheduled Meetings for 2010 starting with January 2010 and ending with January 2011.
2. After elections in November at the first meeting, inform the clerk’s office with the new chairperson, vice-chair, secretary.
3. Please advise secretary to file agendas on time according to FOI regulations, state statue and posting of minutes by hard copy to the town clerk’s office according to state statue.
